Bob is Vice President and State Underwriting Counsel in the Wilmington office. He received his undergraduate degree in 1989 from George Mason University and his JD in 1993 from the George Mason University School of Law and Economics. Bob has practiced real estate law in various capacities since graduating from law school, including agency counsel for a large insurance company, as in-house counsel for a medical company, community association litigator and as a commercial and residential settlement/title attorney. As principal of his own firm, he focused on commercial and specialty real estate, including foreclosure and U.S. forfeiture properties, as well as estate planning and business. In his last position before joining Chicago Title, Bob managed a group of closely held business and real estate asset managers for the trust department of a large regional bank.
