Jennifer Utley is Vice President and Manager of Chicago Title's Wilmington office. Jennifer joined Chicago Title in 2021 bringing more than 25 years of title industry experience. Prior to joining, she was a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal and Law Firm Administrator for Smith Moore Leatherwood's Wilmington and Raleigh offices. Jennifer's real estate experience includes residential and commercial transactions as both a title abstractor and a closing paralegal.
Jennifer is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal and has an Associate Paralegal Degree from Cape Fear Community College. She was featured in Lawyer’s Weekly for her role as Law Firm Administrator for Smith Moore Leatherwood and is a 2017 recipient of the North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Unsung Legal Hero Award.
When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters. She also loves working out and spending time at the beach.
