Traci is Senior Vice President and NC Operations Manager for Chicago Title’s North Carolina Agency and Direct Residential and Commercial Services operations. She brings 29 years of title industry experience as well as dedication, humor, an entrepreneurial management style, and problem-solving abilities that make her an industry leader. Prior to joining the North Carolina operation, Traci spent 18 years as Senior Vice President and Manager of Chicago Title’s DC & Baltimore National Commercial Services division. She managed local and national operations while leading one of the top commercial title teams in the country. In her current role, Traci will continue to strive to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Traci has a business degree from University of Maryland University College. She will serve as Treasurer to the NC Title Insurance Rating Bureau for FY 2023-24. Traci supports numerous local charities and, when she can find some spare time, she explores her sense of adventure and love of travel.
